Returns Policy

We will accept any new, returned item, purchased from our stock, provided it is in resalable condition within 30 days from the date of sale. New Returns must be in their original box with all original packaging enclosed and the purchaser is liable for all return postage costs. If any refund is due for the return a 20% re-stocking fee will apply. Original freight charges will not be refunded. The exception is electrical items or specially ordered (backordered) items are not able to be returned under any circumastance.
